Hello, I am Claire and I have 21 years of head to toe therapy experience. I love all beauty treatments and my specialised areas for Sports therapy are GAIT analysis, massage and postural correction.
I have worked for leading salons and spas in the area and I have owned my own business for 10 years.
My background is vast with a mix of fitness instructor, sports therapy, Beauty and training. I now combine them all. One of the key things I try to do is to keep up to date and learn new treatments as regular as possible.
I encourage a relaxed, be yourself environment that is homely and non judgemental in anyway.
